    Rueil Malmaison 2010 - 2012 Due to AREVA merge with ALSTOM and SCHNEIDER, I move to SCHNEIDER side as Purchasing Supervisior taking care of sourcing, procurement and warehouse teams in Toluca site

    - SOURCING : In charge of 2 Sourcing persons. Focus in developing & implementing sourcing action plan to reach the target of 95% productivity in both plants. Tracking performance (Saving per levers, Supplier Performance, Raw Material Impact, etc.) Leader for main supplier relationship: Negotiation & Saving Plan Execution - Payable – New Business development. Re-launch supplier evaluation system.
    - PROCUREMENT : In charge of 4 Procurement persons with a Service Rate target achieved at 92% covering all projects. Leader for main projects: complex deliveries negotiation. Purchasing Process Standardization.
    - WAREHOUSE : In charge of 4 Storage persons with the target of decreasing the stock level and improving space usage through obsolete parts removal. Waterfall analysis / Cycle counting / Kan Ban implementation.
