    My role involved participation in and supervision of financial and operational audits covering all the Group’s subsidiaries (150 countries).
    I worked on two major kinds of assignments:
    - Internal control: checking that internal rules of financial management are well applied;
    - Organizational issues in the subsidiaries or in the Head Office: auditing existing processes and identifying ways of increasing the efficiency of operations

    concentrated on good reception, inventory and stock management


    Sept – Oct 04 Increasing the efficiency of the After Sales department of the Tokyo, Japan
    commercial subsidiary


    July 04 Following up the recommendations of a former audit focused on Geneva, Switzerland
    customer service


    May – June 04 Recommendations for the marketing and purchasing Johannesburg, South Africa
    departments of the commercial subsidiary
    - Advertising conception and production (see Slovenia)
    - Buying media spaces and media planning.

    Jan – Feb 04 Recommendations for the marketing department of a commercial Ljubljana, Slovenia
    subsidiary focused on
    - Advertising conception and production: the different steps of a campaign’s creation from the creative brief to the post by analysis, the negotiation of advertising conception and the production costs and fees, agency appraisal and checks.
    - Communication and public relations: relations with the media, campaign consistency and effectiveness, internal communication.

    HEADQUARTER MISSIONS INCLUDE:

    May – June 05 Improving of Marketing coordination among the Direction of Marketing and Quality of the Head office and 5 subsidiaries Italy, Spain, Brazil, Czech Republic and France.
    Mission focused on catalogs, internet creation, advertising and merchandising.

    Jan – Feb 05 Assessment of the budget and of the commercial means of the SODEXA (Société D’Exportation Automobile) : Export Company tax free vehicles for embassy and international organisations.

    Nov – Dec 05 Analysis of the process of elaboration of special series (Roland Garros, Quicksilver..)
