    • Utilization of the “Six Sigma” methodology -> DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control
    • Transition from a manual process based on excel files and replication of tasks (multiple people involved, risk of mistake, long SLA, high cost, customer dissatisfaction) to an online platform where partners place their own order, accept the contractual conditions and receive their licenses and invoice on the same time.
    • Audit of the initial OTC process (process, people and tool) and document discrepancy per country (6 months)
    • Work in synch with IT, Finance, Legal and Business to develop the OTC tool (homemade solution)
