En résumé

J'ai développé mon expérience professionnelle au sein des marchés financiers depuis 16 ans.
J'analyse les services à forte valeur ajoutée à mettre en œuvre, les implémentent et j’en assure le déploiement et leur intégration.
En particulier, entre 2001 et 2005, j'ai piloté au sein d’Exane BNPP, la mise en œuvre d'une solution globale de CRM après en avoir modélisé les processus (pour les Marchés Actions, Dérivées et Obligations).
J'ai également construit une plateforme d'outils CRM pour le compte de Société Générale Securities de 1998 à 2001 pour une couverture internationale et piloter le projet de transformation dans une solution Siebel avec l'intégrateur.
De plus, j'ai suivi et accompagné Chanel au niveau international lors du projet de changement d’outil de CRM (de la caisse jusqu’au niveau managérial).
