- End of 1998 - March 2006: Multinational Account Manager (Growth & Retain customers during Chapter 11 period with Worldcom),
- March 2006 - July 2009: Global Service Manager (Realign the Service model)
- July 2009 - April 2011: Customer Program Manager (Leading a team for a complex outsourcing Contract - Largest Retail french customer in Luxury & Jewelery goods).
- April 2011 - July 2014: Join the Global Client Services in order to deliver best class services to this customer. In March 2012, the Contract with this outsourced customer has been extended. New challenges with the account team being reorganized.
- July 2014 - Present: Lead Service Program Manager. Managing Verizon EMEA top french customer in Retail Luxury (35 M$ on a yearly basis). Transitioning to a new Governance model.
My challenges: Accountable for ensuring seamless and effective management and alignment across all critical cross functional areas/roles within Verizon for complex technical solutions (LAN, WAN, VoIP, CaaS, Security, Professional Services).
