I have spent the majority of the last 19 years with Saint Gobain, occupying various positions from sales and Export selling, to Plant Management and market Management.

I started with an experience on BtoC retail market. And ever since, I have been on BtoB markets, mainly in building industry and industry sectors. That experience includes Relationship with customers at all levels, as well as management of up to 40 staff member teams, and eventually market analysis leading to Mix Marketing Actions.

Always going ahead, sport and especially running is a good way to challenge.

    Analysis of the French DIY Retail market leading to recommendations on a Plan of Actions on a national scale. Turn Over increase has gone from negative to positive in one year.
    Analysis of the Fire Protection Glass Market - the need of the market and the offer from competitors - leading to the designing of a training and an Ipad Ap, as well as and a set of tools to improve the sales. Results have exceeded targets.

    Following up the main customers, seting up the Plan of Actions, management of the sales team.

  • Saint-Gobain -SGPI - - Export and Key Account Manager

    1999 - 2004 Manager of the Export sales on the "ACRYLIC" market ( Glass used as molds for Acrylic production ). Tasks involved prospecting new customers, visiting them, managing the price Policy, managing Logistic optimization, and following up production with the plant Manager. Customers were EVONIK, REPSOL, ARKEMA, REYNOLDS POLYMER, IRPEN, PLASTIGLAS DE MEXICO...Results were an increase of 25% after one year.
    Manager of the "industrial" market, most of it being the Urban Furniture Market. Resultas have been an increase of the sales.
