    * Challenge: Drive digitalization and increase agility in a diverse region composed of 9000 employees
    * Responsibilities:
    - Designed a HR competency model to assess and develop HR Team
    - Executed change management by designing a holistic employee engagement program
    - Empowered local talents in their role of team leaders: deliver manager's coaching and communication support on feedback culture and deliver a Focused Development Program

    - Developed communication strategy on social media by APAC country and got active on LinkedIn
    & Facebook via disruptive community management
    - Created a better candidate experience via a brand-new recruitment mobile WeChat app for China
    * Results: Social media was the 1st source of applicants in APAC and Henkel China had 5000 followers on
    WeChat account after 9 months.

    Düsseldorf 2008 - 2014 * Direct report to National Sales Head, collaborating with Sales force and international Teams
    * Challenge: Create long term partnership with retailers & Business development
    * Responsibilities:
    - Negotiated with diverse retailers (50 millions of Net sales): Lidl hard discount, Metro Cash &
    Carry, Casino multi-channels, U supermarkets & convenience stores, Cora multi channels
    - Opened the first e-business with C Discount & new hard discount business with Leader Price
    - Managed a team of three category managers and indirectly a sales force of 50 members
    * Results: Henkel sustainably regained leadership position ahead of competition with these retailers and had continued successful growth. U was 1st client growth in 2009 & 1st place in customer relationship, Casino, 1st growth for two years and still top contributor 10 years later.

    * Challenge: Develop the margin with 50 suppliers representing EUR 300 Millions in sales volume
