• Henkel - Employer Branding & Digital Manager

  Düsseldorf 2015 - 2017 * Direct report to Asia Staffing Head, work closely with Global and Regional HR Team & external vendors.
  * Challenge: Start leveraging social media to attract talents
  * Responsibilities:
  - Built the Henkel Employer Value Proposition in APAC
  - Developed communication strategy on social media by APAC country and got active on LinkedIn
  & Facebook via disruptive community management
  - Created a better candidate experience via a brand-new recruitment mobile WeChat app for China
  * Results: Social media was the 1st source of applicants in APAC and Henkel China had 5000 followers on
  WeChat account after 9 months.

• Henkel - Senior Key account manager

  Düsseldorf 2008 - 2014 * Direct report to National Sales Head, collaborating with Sales force and international Teams
  * Challenge: Create long term partnership with retailers & Business development
  * Responsibilities:
  - Negotiated with diverse retailers (50 millions of Net sales): Lidl hard discount, Metro Cash &
  Carry, Casino multi-channels, U supermarkets & convenience stores, Cora multi channels
  - Opened the first e-business with C Discount & new hard discount business with Leader Price
  - Managed a team of three category managers and indirectly a sales force of 50 members
  * Results: Henkel sustainably regained leadership position ahead of competition with these retailers and had continued successful growth. U was 1st client growth in 2009 & 1st place in customer relationship, Casino, 1st growth for two years and still top contributor 10 years later.

• Henkel - Head of Category Management

  Düsseldorf 2005 - 2008 * Direct report to National Sales development Head, collaborating with Marketing team
  * Challenge: Set up Category management approach & be recognized by retailers as Top supplier
  * Responsibilities:
  - Sales & marketing liaison in order to optimize product launches
  - In-depth category analysis & shopper marketing: new vision, new ``choice segmenter'' based
  Nielsen consumer needs' study
  - Set up an innovative shelving approach, delivering 4% of category growth & 10% for Henkel
  * Results: Henkel was recognized by the French merchandising Institute & won the Bronze award.

• Carrefour - National Marketing Manager

  Massy 2004 - 2005 * Direct report to Purchasing Head of Beauty Care and Home Care, in partnership with multinationals
  * Challenge: Winning back market share
  * Responsibilities:
  - Analyzed & created marketing strategy with roll out in 216 Hypermarkets
  - Selected the right assortment and new listings & product launches in Private Labels
  * Results: Double digit growth in Air Care products.

• Carrefour - National Purchasing manager

  Massy 2001 - 2004 * Direct report to Purchasing Head, collaborating with marketing manager of all sizes of stores
  * Challenge: Develop the margin with 50 suppliers representing EUR 300 Millions in sales volume
  * Responsibilities:
  - Negotiated and signed annual contracts & ensured joint business development plan
  - Negotiated promotional offers for all Carrefour channels
  * Results: Margin increase & new electronic promotional approach set up.
