    2011 - maintenant My job is exciting since it is about Research across all Disney lines of business: Studios, Digital (including CRM), Channels, Franchises, Consumer Products, Retail, Marketing, Communication.
    Reporting to French Marketing Management as well as to EMEA and Burbank Research team.
    Burbank is the Global Disney Head Office.
    My main objectives (among a million others!) are to:
    - Answer all internal research needs and adapt the analysis to the different internal lines of business.
    - Co-work with the European and Burbank research team when a European or wold project is launched and adapt it locally gathering all the local information from key stakeholders.
    - Identify proactively research topics linked to Disney activities
    - Select, brief and establish a partnership link with the relevant research agencies
    - Suggest, schedule and manage local research projects respecting the Fiscal Year AOP and internal deadlines.
    - Present key research results to the whole company, write further topline reports with well-identified actionable recommendations.
    - Exchange best research practices with Disneyland Paris team

    Responsible for international satisfaction barometers for Luxury accounts (budget : 2,000 K€ per year)
    o Major projects purposes:
    ; measuring the satisfaction level of the clientele regarding the Service received in the Boutiques, through call centers and Internet(both for purchasing and after-sales service),
    ; providing effective plans of action for a better overall satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
    o Daily commercial contact person of the clients,
    o Monitoring of the budget,
    o Set-up, coordination and follow-up of the complex international fieldwork and data processing (platform briefing in Europe, Asia, UAE and USA),
    o Data analysis, report and synthesis writing, presentation of the results to the clients executive committees,
    o Management of 4 research executives.

    ; Responsible for other smaller domestic and international ad-hoc surveys (B2C and B2B).
