    Within the first semester of 2011, website frequentation increased by 36%. Usage on occasional users segment went from an average of 0.3 consumptions a month to 0.9, six months after the Newsletter’s launching

    Used Adobe Omniture Online Marketing Suite to analyze key statistics and produce reporting documents in order to define points for improvement

    2010 - 2010 Used consumer insights, sales reports and marketing studies to define a clear marketing positioning for each Smartphone solution (eg. iOS, Android, Windows Phone)

    Participated in operational launch of Samsung’s Bada OS and Wave and Nokia’s OVI Messaging: elaboration of communication plans, co-marketing plans, brand content videos and sales force’s coaching material

    Designed comprehensive sales training program and created new tools for sales assistance dedicated to the improvement of their knowledge and sales points on Smartphones

    Conducted a monthly report on Smartphones sales that included indicators for OS share of stocks and sales, data and voice usages and ARPU.
