Mission:
Take lead of Quality & Security matters for “Secure Transactions” Business Unit and Manufacturing teams with:
- Focus on EMEA,
- WW coordination role via regional interfaces.
Main responsabilities:
- Co-operate with BU pre-sales teams to ensure that the Security and Quality requirements are adequately covered before contract signature.
- Communicate with sales on Quality & Security matters on a regular basis and support them.
- Inform regularly the BU on Quality and Security levels
- Lead Q&S analysis on major events
- Drive mid-term improvements based on Q&S statistical analysis.
- Follow action plans and operate key action plans.
- Contribute to product and process quality improvement.
- Co-ordinate product changes & new product introduction.
- Participate to risk management.
