    CLAMART 2014 - maintenant The main objective is to ensure the compliance of the different categories (coffee, beverages and biscuits, but I also worked for chocolate for 18 months, and cheese categories) with the European and French legislations and with the company internal policies.

    I also worked for global EU projects, to ensure compliance in all the concerned countries.

    Key responsabilities:

    1.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant existing and forthcoming FR and EU food regulations and communicate these effectively to support the business.

    2.Support the development of ingredient and product specifications to ensure that the relevant legal and technical requirements are addressed during the procurement process for the markets where the relevant materials are used.

    3.Liaise with external bodies and associations from the public and private sectors, for example trade associations, Department of Health, certification bodies, etc.

    4.To conduct product label approvals to support Marketing teams' activities with a key focus on supporting the implementation of an effective pack copy and artwork sign off process.

    5.Carry out ingredient and finished product compliance checks to ensure suitability
