• In charge of the LES part (including the transportation and the returnables packaging flow) for Nestlé Waters Belgium.
• Blue print, configuration, layout specification for the logistic flow (sales to the customers and replenishment from the supplyer : intercompany flow and external supplyer, management of the returnable packaging), training, change management.
• Roll-out of the IDOC interfaces for the outsourced distribution center including all the logistic flow.
• Configuration of the release strategy for Belgium.
• Maintenance, and after go-live support.
• Help the business in term of WOW, reingeniring the supply team.
04/2007-04/2008 : LES (SD & MM) Team Lead for NESTLE Belgium.
• Roll out of the Nestlé core model.
• Implementation of the EDI interfaces for 4 Distribution Centre.
