I moved in early 2016 on to the medical applications field, first handling customer projects and customer support management activities. Now responsible for the overall Operations activities within ACETIAM company.

Previously worked for 18 years in Wireless Networks and Mobile Platforms R&D domains, handling different activities such as:
- Team Management (hiring, training, tasks and objectives assignment, ranking and evolution)
- Project Management: planning, timeliness and budget constraints monitoring
- Embedded Systems validation, SW integration and Mobile Networks roll-out and optimisation

    Management of the « Modem Integration and Validation » department, including 3 teams:
    o « SW Integration ». This team is responsible for the modem core SW branches management and maintenance, interfacing with all development and validation teams.
    o NV-IOT (« NW Vendors Inter-Operability Testing »). This team is responsible for internal modem platform testing and debugging in front of mobile NW providers equipment, as well as handling the technical partnership with these vendors
    o « Modem System Validation ». This team is responsible for running and debugging all GCF/PTCRB certification tests and « operator approval » tests on internal modems platforms, as well as supporting NVIDIA customers products certifications

    Supported technical activities (process improvement, execution, planning), as well as hiring, budget definition and review

    MOUGINS 2006 - 2008 LTE/3G/2G 3GPP Wireless Modem Design.
    Leader of the "GCF certification" team at ICERA
    Build this GCF certification team from 1 engineer to a global certification team, responsible for all GCF/PTCRB certification activities of ICERA products, as well as supporting ICERA customers certification projects
