  • To lead for shift wise production outputs for Glass and PET lines above plan, increase outputs and reduce downtime.
  • To deliver the raw and packaging material throughput and yields over the plan, carry out verification of stocks and ensure the data reflection in SAP.
  • To ensure that GMP (Global Manufacturing Protocols), FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), and NDT (Non Destructive Testing) protocols are observed, to obtain and maintain periodic certifications from external agencies.
  • To follow periodic maintenance schedule and advance on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology.

• Pepsico - Project Coordinator

  2013 - 2014 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
  • To deliver on a key productivity project for accurate engineering spare identification and visibility in India Beverages by SAP Master Directory BPR and providing new ideas to govern and sustain the purity of SAP Item Master.
  • To deliver on productivities TPM pillars and creating training modules to enhance front line capability with the help of SMEs.
  • To identify suitable options to deliver sustainability and machine reliability for India Beverages.

  2012 - 2013 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
  • To learn about how a company operates its business; knowing the business cold, from sales in the market to supply chain to plant manufacturing operations.
  • Operations training stint in a PepsiCo manufacturing unit in Aurangabad, Maharashtra to get a holistic view of overall plant operations.
  • To deliver projects in Manufacturing and Maintenance divisions to improve business outputs. Reduced power usage (kWh/cs) and steam usage (kg/cs) to deliver positive utilities variance.
