    § Coordinating the activities of the Engineering HR team members and network (30 people total)
    § Supplying quality follow-up and development opportunities to the Engineering Top Talents : circa 180 individuals (from Executives to Band V) within a population of 11,000
    § Supporting the launch and deployment of the P&D tool, anticipating and solving issues, initiating and performing corrective actions, and implementing solutions
    § Participating and consolidating the results from the Engineering Development Conference (Potential Rating, Long Term Performance Assessment), ensuring trans-functional cross-check
    § Consolidating the decisions of the Succession Plan Committees, following-up the implementation of the resulting actions
    § Cascading and marketing the EADS and Airbus HR corporate policies and processes
    § Following-up and consolidating the trans-national HR projects, deliverables and reporting

    _ Responsible for the follow-up and reporting to Airbus and EADS about the Expert Career and Development Path: 9 Executive Experts, 70 Senior Experts, 316 Experts in 2008
    § Yearly Nomination Committees preparation, administration and follow-up
    § Development Action Plan, Succession Plan and Knowledge Transfer initiatives follow-up
    § EADS Tans-Business Units Training Programs registration, reporting and budget follow-up (40K€ for 15 to 20 Band 5 Experts per year)
    § Active participation to the preparation and delivery of the Airbus International Expert Days

    _ Support and coordination of all the HR-related processes linked to the set-up of the Airbus Beijing Engineering Centre
    § HR follow-up of the 5 waves of Chinese engineers (160 individuals) while trained in Europe (contracts, VISA, initial non-technical off-the-job training, …)
    § HR communication and marketing with the European technical teams in the Design Offices of Centre of Excellence welcoming Chinese colleagues for their initial on-the-job training
    § Selection of the 9 expatriate Team Leaders, direct reports to ABEC’s Head of Design
    § Initiated and organised the knowledge transfer from ABEC project to FAL-China HR team

    _ Support and coordination of all the HR-related processes linked to the set-up of the Airbus Engineering Centre in India
    § Local contracts, job descriptions, assessment centres, VISA process in France and in Germany
