Data is the fuel for many businesses, and a smart use of the whole dataflow is more complex then just raw data understanding. I'm in charge of the data hygiene and exploitation using SalesForce CRM: generating meaningful data and getting the best indicators possible to evaluate our sales teams efficiency, anticipating the next steps for our commercial and marketing strategies.

Selling comprehensive solutions both to Laboratories and clinicians is a challenging task, especially for some competition field like biomarkers. In order to make our teams job easier and more productive, I'm prescribing and modeling field marketing and digital tools that put the right information at the right place and the right moment.

Product Specialist for the biomarker Procalcitonin for 5 years, I've been in charge of the digital marketing initiatives for 7 years for the french speaking countries.
After setting up our clinicians oriented information website, I've managed the iPhone and iPAD applications projects, one customers oriented, the other for internal use. Interested in many aspects of science and medicine, such as infectious diseases and molecular genetics,

I'm passionate about the evolution of the new technologies, focusing on singularity and the potential implication of next generation devices/software to facilitate evolution of biomarker's compliance in the next years.

    I'm in charge of understanding the data micro/macro diversity and their sources, correcting faulty behaviours via appropriate guidelines, management of the champions structure and creating/standardizing the reportings and their understanding to make the best possible use of the amount of data we generate daily.
    That complex ecosystem is fragile and requires both a good data oriented mindset and knowledge of our products and teams/markets structure. My experiences in previous positions allowed me to be the natural fitting choice for this job at a european level first, and now that the base is solid, I can focus on Southern Europe.

    VILLEBON SUR YVETTE 2017 - 2018 n charge of the initial and ongoing training projects, based on the successfull organisation implemented in France, and the adaptation of the model in Italy and Iberia.
    In charge of understanding the needs and fuels of digital tools and communication channels for different regions, setting up strategies and prescribing the best possible solution for our portfolio and our customers.
    As we switched all our teams on the Salesforce CRM, I'll be in charge of having all southern Europe teams use it with the same standards, I'll also be in charge of the reporting for the top management and using the data generated in the most efficient and productive way. This also requires me to step into a data steward position.

    VILLEBON SUR YVETTE 2015 - 2017 En tant que coordinateur de l'équipe Clinique, j'étais chargé d'aider les commerciaux de cette gamme à développer leurs compétences par un coaching régulier mais également à leur apporter un support opérationnel pour leurs communications et rendez vous stratégiques pour toute notre gamme de biomarqueurs, en relation avec l'équipe marketing.
    Je gère les remontées de besoins et participe à l'élaboration et la validation des outils devant y répondre.
    Je reste responsable de tous les volets de la stratégie digitale mise en oeuvre depuis mon entrée en fonction de spécialiste produit, qui s'articule autour de la veille scientifique et le développement des solutions avancées à destination de nos équipes mais également de nos clients, avec le projet iPCT Expert.
