1/ My missions as a PA for the Scientific Affairs Department (13 people) (since Jan. 2008):
- congress & seminars registrations
- travel and hotel arrangements in coordination with the in site travel agent
- web searches and order for publications on any given topic (PubMed, etc)
- management of the scientific documentation and library (EndNote) under supervision of the Pharmacovigilance Manager
- organisation of in and off site meetings
2/ My missions as a PA for the Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations departments (2002-2006, 14 people):
same as in 1/ plus:
- Maintaining report tables on on-going Clinical studies status (CRF, agreements, fees, etc..)
- Bulk mailing to investigating sites of clinical studies
- Logistic support ( via DHL shipments or mail) for the study centers
- budget forecast and expenditures follow-up
3/ My missions as a PA for the Pharmacovigilance Manager (2005-2007):
same as in 1/ plus:
- budget forecast and expenditures follow-up
- maintaining the report table of all ongoing cases
- mails to health authorities when a case has to be declared
GLAXOSMITHKLINE (pharmaceuticals)

1991 - 2002Personal Assistant to the Continuous Medical Education (CME) Manager and Scientific Manager of the SmithKline-Beecham Institute (non profit entity of GSK):
My missions :
- logistic support to a 24-center and 2 year- study
- creation of over 50 Powerpoint slide show from manuscripts for CME (i.e. over 10,000 slides)
- creation of leaflets, presentation brochures and tutorials
- collaboration to the making of several books and brochures
- congress & seminars registrations
- budget and expenditures follow-up
- organisation of in and off site meetings

- monthly updating and technical maintenance of 5 sets of audiovisual materiel for CME (laptops, videoprojectors, voting pads)
FACTORIM sa puis FEAU-HAMPTON (real estate)
- Bilingual PA + Office Manager
1982 - 1991A) Féau-Hampton (Real Estate)- Started as switchboard and front desk operator then became PA bilingual assistant for 2 Managing directors. Mails, agenda, travel arrangements etc.
B) Factorim SA (Real Estate)- updated the properties database,
My President and I started the company from scratch. It counted up to 8 people at a time.
I was hired as bilingual PA + office manager + Front desk & Switch board operator...
Some of my missions:
