    • Platform Strategy Management: Translated mid/long term business strategy into a fully integrated online channel program. Redefined Sony Customers segmentation, maximising business performance through tools, solutions and processes.
    • Business Processes Management: Defined with Senior Executive management new roles, responsibilities and processes. Steered their implementation and led the knowledge transfer.
    • People Management: Managed internal & external teams across functions and business units. Supervised Development (6 persons) and Helpdesk Support (3 persons) teams’ activities.
    • Budget Management: Audited, prepared and agreed on FY11 budget. Re-negotiated suppliers’ contracts & optimised costs (saving £300K overall).
  • SONY Europe, Strategy Office. London, UK - Business Development & Online Project Manager

    Puteaux 2007 - 2010 Mission: Led the development, the rollout and usage of Sony Europe e-Commerce Partner Platform.
    • Online Project Management: Had the end-to-end responsibility for design, assessment, planning and launch of targeted applications & system developments. Launched an e-learning module for retailers in 20 countries.
    • Business Development: Achieved platform and tools launch in new countries (portal rollout from 12 to 32 countries). Established strong relationship with my partners, and captured voice of customer to support business goals. Evaluated opportunities by driving the successful implementation of a Digital Asset Syndication solution, improving product data quality and consistency from Sony to e-tailers.
    • Communication / Change Management: Ensured regular communications to stakeholders (over 100 colleagues) and designed internal launch communication plans. Animated regular brainstorming and training sessions.

    Puteaux 2006 - 2007 Mission: In charge of content publishing and online communication to Sony resellers in Europe.
    • Content Publishing: Coordinated marketing publications between European and Country teams.
