    main development axes for Quality, Safety and Environment:

    Quality : to reduce the costs due to defective products by 30%
    - Definition of new quality references discussed with marketing to reduce non justified waste ;
    - Introduction of new KPI to measure and analyze quality performances in production in order to deploy
    complex problem solving tools and to reduce variability in the process

    - Daily management to ensure the respect of the operational standards to deliver the best quality level as a
    compromise between production capability and market expectations.

    Safety : to reduce accidents by 50% and ensure legal requirements to preserve the integrity of employees
    - Definition and implementation of individual safety equipment policy with the manager's team ;
    - Action plan established for 2 years to build a safety management system to respect legal requirements
    about chemical risks exposure, equipment legislation and noise exposure

    Environment : to respect European new requirements
    - Management of an important investment plan to reduce by 70% the lead in water discharged into the river
    Results : At this moment, performances are monitored and in phase with the objectives

    Optimisation des flux, VSM, amélioration qualité.

    In a context where the organization was evolving rapidly, and due to my knowledge of the factory, I had the
    opportunity to be coached by lean experts in order to lead the implementation of Lean Management.

    * I transformed workshops like: hot end, crystal cutting, final steps for decanters or lights assembly line ;
    * Improvement axes: to accelerate the flows, to make under control quality, to create a performance
    management system, to optimize supply chain, to adapt ERP and to accompany teams.

    Results : Efficiency : +14%, accidents divided by 5, backlog - 80%.
