• Activities & Achievements:
- Ensure updates of signatories delegation for Airbus and Suppliers relevant personals

Objectives:
Ensure alignment between activities and objectives, identify deviation and ensure continuous improvement and reduce cost of non quality
Deploy Lean and support engineering team to gain added value
• Activities & Achievements:
- Contribute to set up and communicate annual quality objectives
- Set up indicators to measure objectives
- Provide monthly dashboards, reporting to stakeholders
- Identify non-conformities and provide preliminary cause analysis
- Ensure root cause analysis is performed if relevant and follow up recovery actions
- Deploy LEAN methods and tools to support continuous improvement actions (SIPOC, SWIMLANE, VAFA, PPS, Visual management)
