I am a Senior Consultant at Safran Consulting, internal consulting subsidiary of Safran Group. I develop Lean Engineering and Lean Manufacturing expertise for my internal customers.
After 15 years of experience in small and large corporations, I joined the leading Japanese consulting company, partner of Toyota. For 10 years I was trained with japanese sensei on japanese methodologies and process improvement in both Operations and Innovation fields.
I joined Safran Consulting on January 2014.
My areas of expertise are Business Process Reingineering in Innovation management, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Product Development, Total Productive Maintenance, SMED, Kaizen, Continuous improvement
