With more than 20 years of experience shared between Industry and Telecom sectors, I acquired an in-depth knowledge in Service Management from Order to Cash, including Pre sales, Sales, Supply Chain, Build, Run and Invoicing.

I implemented complex business processes and developed a strong customer relationship and change management skills in an international environment. This led me to get an integrated view on how the business operates, taking into account all supporting activities as Marketing, Strategy, Financial and Human Resources
