Strengthening Sodexo Group innovation capacity is essential to support our global leadership position in Quality of Life Services. The Group Innovation team was formed recently to develop, implement and deploy solid processes to foster innovation. Throughout various activities in 80 countries:
Building the innovation roadmap and defining the governance structure,
Designing a collaborative approach to source, assess, share and implement innovation initiatives from our teams, clients, consumers and partners.
3 main topics:
1/ Connect our ecosystem with an open a dedicated Innovation Social Network, an international ideation platform available over time in 31 different languages via a visually appealing and user-friendly app,
2/ Foster intrapreneurship with collaborative intelligence based on 2 key initiatives (Global Innovation contest/ Worldwide Innovation Program)
3/ Leverage an open & collaborative innovation mindset with external expertise, encourage a disruptive approach

•Develop and retain the business for the key accounts that represent 1 third of the annual turnover of the Segment (TO of segment 940 M€),
•Create value for our existing customers in order to switch to provider catering, acting on performance in the workplace environment,
•Negotiate with the Corporate departments (Purchasing, Real Estate, HR) linking with local teams,
•Source, assess, share and implement innovations from our teams our clients, our consumers and our partners in a collaborative approach,
•Coordinate and schedule Segment strategy,
•Member of the Executive Committee. Manage 7 Key Account managers, 1 Innovation & Marketing manager and 2 Project managers.

- Animation de l'équipe en charge des relations Grands Comptes (être au coeur de la stratégie de nos clients clé afin de les accompagner dans la création/suivi de l'offre de services de Qualité de Vie qui contribue à la motivation et l’efficacité des Collaborateurs, à la qualité, l’efficacité et la productivité des organisations dans lesquelles ils évoluent
et enfin à la fiabilité des équipements ainsi que l’attrait et la sécurité de leur environnement de travail) => FM dont restauration,
- Pilotage de la stratégie Sodexo Entreprises (animation Balance Score Card)
- Animation du Département Innovation&Méthodes des métiers du FM (apport d'expertises)
