    2007 - 2012 GEB : a leading European manufacturer of chemical products for construction with 5 offices across Europe.
    Responsibility: overall management of all aspects of new business development. Product portfolio, PNL, marketing strategy and tools, certification and factory audits, setting up the infrastructure, pricing strategy, sales.
    Achievements:
    • Established businesses in six countries: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia "from scratch" to the opening of a subsidiary in Russia
    • Realised over 25 % of the planned turnover at maturity over a three year period in the area
    • Developed a portfolio of products for each country
    • Set up effective infrastructure and operational processes including ISO procedures
    • Negotiated annual contracts with global and local DIY retail chains
    • Devised and delivered a training programme for international partners and distributors on annual basis
