    Buying office for a leader in Toys distribution in France/Spain/Switzerland.

    Monitoring FOB process including: products sourcing, offers to buyers, order follow up, quality control, shipment to Europe.

    Functional tasks:
    Administrative, financial and HR duties (accounts, forecast & follow up, tax, cash flow management, contracts).
    Supervision of orders & shipment schedule in co-ordination with forwarders, customs, suppliers in Asia, logistic counterpart in Europe.
    Monitoring 23 privates labels (graphic chart, product design & development, packaging).

    On field:
    Visiting toy fairs and suppliers showrooms to find out news items taking into account 4 aspects: quality/price/quantity/time schedule.

    Visiting factories in Asia to: checking the production, monitoring quality standards, detecting production matters, finding new opportunities in terms of product development.

    2006 - 2008 In charge of the product & packaging development of the 23 company private labels (design, die cut, graphic chart).
    Responsible for the quality control of the products to be shipped out, taking into account the European safety of toys standards and directives.

    2004 - 2006 Key account manager (Disney, Nissan, Sony, HP, IBM...) for multi-countries qualitatives marketing studies (20-60K euros/project).
    Managed a 25 account's portfolio in 7 different countries (US, EU, Asia...).
    Responsible for the whole organization of the marketing surveys and fieldwork for France.
    Managed a 5-15 people team per project (recruiters, interviewers, translators).
