Senior Legal counsel with more than 15 years of experience as a trusted advisor and negotiator of strategic and complex IT transactions in fast-paced environments.
Provide legal support on drafting and negotiation of a broad range of IT contracts (Software licensing, Professional services, data protection, Partnership agreements)
Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
