New Product Introduction, Central Project Support and Global labs leader (33 people)
• Central Wireless introduction role for all new GSM, W-CDMA, LTE and Small Cells products. Accountable for certification plans until general availability and for making sure that all products (100+) meet customer requirements. Drive actions to get field results and to consolidate the product performance assessment prior to deployments with major customers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Antel, CNT, Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat, China Unicom, China Mobile…)
• Lead a team of 24 experts responsible to provide all on-site verification teams with some technical support about test strategy, features introduction strategy, defect and limitation impacts analysis and customer presentations for CORE and RAN network elements, investigation tools and mobiles.
• Responsible for Product Introduction labs (10 labs across the world – all legacy and new Wireless technologies addressed) with main objectives to maximize lab synergies according to customer support plans, to drive cost efficiency initiatives across all regions, to offer training to field verification engineers and to demonstrate best-in class products and performances to key customers.

• Central role for new Wireless LTE releases. Accountable for all LTE Releases, Products introduction plans and strategies for FDD and TDD mobile operators (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Orange, Bytel, SFR, Etisalat, STC, Telefonica, China Telecom, China Mobile, Telecom New-Zealand, SBB…)
• Lead a team of senior program managers to drive and coordinate test strategy, field testing and results consolidation all along the Product Life Cycle with the objective to support on-site verification and trial teams (400+ people) and to make all introduction and trial plans a success.
• In charge of Cross Release management initiatives for the Introduction team (software and product roadmaps and priorities, lessons learned from past certifications, customers feedback) with the objective to define and put in place improvement plans release over release.
• Responsible for Quality plans and metrics for the LTE Introduction team.
• Responsible of LTE Introduction headcount planning and tracking for on-site teams. Drive actions to get customer verification staffing needs, to determine best options to fill gaps and to allocate on-site verification engineers. In addition, responsible for training and development expertise plans.
