    Contract Management: Negotiate the different contract with the supplier (Built To Spec, COTS, Cooperation, Support and Services agreement )for Serial Production/Support/Service Activities (electronic system commodity: computer, display, indicator, Sensor, System..):
    * Supplier negotiation for price reduction (Recurring Cost and Non-Recurring Cost),contractual coverage, Development performance guarantee (new development ,re-engineering, obsolescence) ;
    * Risk & Opportunity management thank s to the contract negotiation and the performance monitoring (ie. continuous improvement, non-excusable delay, claim management,..) Supplier Evaluation and Development(Technical, commercial, quality, industrial, financial, legal criterion) ;
    * Subsidiary Procurement management: Secure and follow the subsidiary procurement worldwide thanks to the master frame agreement
    Product Sourcing Strategy: Product sourcing Management for the electronic system Commodity
    Lead the sourcing strategy for getting competiveness , price incentive, dollarization, offset, product life cycle management, export, ..),
    * Market Survey : supplier assessment, demand assessment, product assessment ;
    * Tendering management (RFI, RFP, RFQ) : Kick off management, Request preparation package, tender releasing, offer assessment, supplier pre-selection, Steering Committee management with the Multi-functional team ;
