1. Environmental Support Lead for the Laffan Refinery (one of the largest condensate refineries in the world) and the Ras Laffan Terminal Operations (liquid hydrocarbon product tank farms and related facilities)
a. Regulatory Liaison: Preparation, submission and follow-up with the Ministry of Environment (MoE) of the annual Consent to Operate (the operating permits in Qatar) renewal applications; Communication and regular meetings with the MoE on environmental matters and initiatives (e.g. air emissions compliance action plans, flaring allowances, wastewater recycle and reuse project)
b. Internal and External Reporting: Preparation and submission to the MoE of the quarterly Environmental Management Plan reports, including air emissions calculations, wastewater discharges and waste inventories; Preparation of weekly and monthly flaring inventory reports
c.
