Project management is the common thread of all my career positions

After an experience in managing a Real Estate company, I joined Air France's Operation Research Dept as a Senior Project Manager to manage Decision Support Systems development projects for various business divisions.

A huge experience discovering numerous faces of airline industry, after what I was requested to sell Air France's knowledge in providing other airlines with IT services and hosted applications for airlines (Passenger Mgt syst, Yield Mgt, Frequent flyer programs...).

Back, since march 2010, to projects for Services Oriented Architecture deployment in AF & KL businesses and projects. In more details:
- Guarantee SOA adoption
- Organize support, deployment follow-up, facilitate SOA adoption
- Define SOA Governance process (budget procedures, selection and validation of business projects, definition of KPIs to follow SOA deployment & adoption.

Named as Business Enterprise Architects network coordinator & IMO support, jointly with KL counterpart, to help AF/KL enterprise architects community to unify processes and best practices to strengthen enterprise architecture as one of the information system pillars.

Overall project manager in 2014 to lead a Feasibility Study aiming to evaluate a partnership opportunity. We designed a new marketable product, evaluated its dev cost and proposed a multi-sites organization.

Currently AFKL Information Security Awareness Officer to higher employees understanding of threats, information leaks, their best practices adoption, diligence and practical application.
