I am a senior researcher and lecturer at University College Cork (UCC). My PhD focused on the impact of ERP integration on managerial decision making, and I have written 24 articles, book chapters and conference papers on this theme. Working in the Financial Services Innovation Centre (a research centre in UCC), I am currently investigating the application of mobile phone technologies in the automation of payment processes. With 3 publications on this theme, I will be hosting the 2nd International Cashless Society Rountable in Cork in April 2013. I have also just launched a new Diploma in Cloud Strategy as a joint venture between UCC and the Irish Management Institute in Dublin. This diploma focuses on the business opportunities arising from cloud based business models.
