Place Purchase Orders in line with MRP and Kan Ban demands.
Responsible for the integrity of SAP planning data and MRP Masterdata. Provide accurate procurement information for the creation or maintenance of SAP item masters.
Ensure the correct level of inventory (supplies) remains available.
Monitor Material Management set up and make appropriate corrective actions to planning parameters, through safety stocks, Kanban, lead-time and MOQ adjustments, forecast etc. to improve customer service metrics.
Monitor KPI’s (Service rate, ITO, Lead times, …) and ensure appropriate reporting.
Provide forecasts to sub-contractors and suppliers, to ensure future customer needs.
Ensure compliance of regulations and internal procedures (Procurement and Sourcing policies)
