Working for Socomec since february 2018, I work to implement wide product range evolutions for internal customer in a multi-national environment (France, Tunisia, China, India); dealing also directly whith chinese supplier in full collaboration with purchasing department. I also use critical chain method since october 2018
Back to automotive industry between 2016 and 2018 I worked for AVO Carbon, tier supplier 2 as project manager for development of new technical products, in close relationship with german customers Valeo and Nidec and managing development team in France, production and quality teams in Tunisia.
I worked in 2015 and 2016 for engineering companies developping ready-to-use processes. I then extended my scope by working with automation, IT, and installation teams
Having worked for 2008 till 2013 for a german company (KSB), manufacturer of industrial pumps, I had to define the appropriate technical definition of the product to answer the customer needs keeping optimum costs and prices.
I also used to manage projects during 13 years for automotive sub-suppliers, including 11 years by Valeo, for french and german customers. Able to work in english as in german, in a multicultural context.
Specialties: intern and extern relationships, foreign langages (english and german).
Team management, use of time schedule softwares (Artemis, PS7, PSNext, Microsoft project) including Critical Chain Management, use of quality tools: AFE (software Helix), DFMEA, PFMEA, QRQC, PDCA, etc., mechanics .
