  2013 - 2014 Managing interior fit out projects:
  •Manage customer's expectations from conceptual drawings to execution of store fit out, timely & consistently.
  •Manage procurement & contracts to ensure payment terms & rates are an advantage to the overall project cash flow. That includes all imported materials in relates to respective stores.
  •Optimize project schedules with respective team from project coordinator to site managers to ensure timely delivery.
  •Ensuring constant communication from internal to external parties ensuring all of them are aligned.
  •Manage logistics and materials purchase from worldwide suppliers.

  2011 - 2012 Managing sourcing projects for furniture, decorative and electronic products:
  •Responsible of the projects from customer demand to final delivery.
  •Communicate with customers and set the specifications of the product to be sourced as per their demand.
  •Give advices on technical issues, in collaboration with our in house engineers.
  •Prepare all the business documents and negotiate with customers.
  •Visit factories and negotiate with suppliers, follow up prototyping and production progress.
  •Schedule and assist customer on logistics.
  
  Team management:
  •5 people Sourcing team in charge of sourcing products, prototyping & production monitoring, quality controls & logistics.

• Dassault Aviation - Aircraft design project manager

  Saint-Cloud 2010 - 2011 Interior design of private aircrafts Falcon 7X, 900 & 2000 for international clientele:
  •Advise customers on layout, furniture & avionics standard options through real-time rendering software.
  •Provide technical solutions for customized furniture.
  •Make preliminary study of the furniture on Catia v5.
  •Prepare specifications documents & « marketing drawings » for the « Completion » engineering department.
  •Make photorealistic renderings of the interior and exterior of the jets.
  
  Internal projects:
  •Create the methodology for the integration of the 3D data from the engineering mock-up database (VPM) into the new 3D real-time rendering configuration software. Implement the method, train French & American partners and ollow up the project until completion.
  •Restart from zero the rendering process with analysis of all relevant factors and edit new standard template
  for better quality in less time.

• Dassault Aviation - Aircraft furnishing designer

  Saint-Cloud 2008 - 2010 Technical design of the furniture of private aircrafts Falcon 900:
  •Responsible of the technical design of the Lavatory area of all the Falcon 900 aircrafts, made as per specifications received from the Spec & Design Department.
  •3D conception on CATIA v5 of all the corresponding furniture.
  •Implementation in the worldwide digital mock-up (VPM).
  •Follow-up of the manufacturing with the production site in U.S..
