    Paris 2013 - maintenant IKRA Project (Nizhny Novgorod region, Russian Federation) - integrated vinyl’s plant, EPCM contract for an electrolysis unit for chlorine, a VCM unit, S-PVC and E-PVC units - Client: Rusvinyl (Solvay/Sibur)

    Overall responsibility for managing the Field Engineering / Author Supervision (Avtorskinadzor) team composed of discipline leads and engineers, Russians and expatriates (25 persons at peak).
    Management of site design modifications and last process design changes, support to construction team by answering technical queries, coordination of engineering documentation control and dispatch, filling of author supervision logbook and validation of acts as per Russian laws (to validate that construction is according to design).
  • Technip - Construction Manager

    Paris 2010 - 2013 IKRA Project (integrated vinyl’s plant, EPCM contract for an electrolysis unit for chlorine, a VCM unit, S-PVC and E-PVC units, Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Federation)

    Overall responsibility for the Management and safe Execution of the Erection Works in PVC and VCM Area, and in addition for tanks construction and HVAC installation. Supervision of the construction and HSE program and verification of the execution by all construction contractors, taking all necessary precautions to ensure fulfillment of established targets. Ensuring both feasibility and work front availability to meet the construction schedule.

    Paris 2008 - 2009 Cosntruction Manager for Continuous Catalyst Reformer / Naphta HydroTreater / Isomerization Units on Dung Quat Refinery Project in Central Vietnam
    Management of Construction Supervision team, Coordination of civil works, steel structure, piping, electrical and instrumentation subcontractors.
  • Saipem - Yard Project Manager

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2006 - 2007 AKPO UFR Project (on Saipem Contracting Nigeria Yard in Port-Harcourt and in Paris headquarters)

    Management of the AKPO Project teams on the construction yard in Nigeria. Activity up to 350 workers, turnover of 50M Euros.
    Metallic Construction / Assembly of subsea structures: 28 suction piles (2500 T), 48 Flow Line End Termination and Inline Tee Assembly structures (900 T), 53 Spools and Jumpers.

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2003 - 2005 Construction Engineer in 2004 for Boscongo yard (Pointe-Noire, Congo) in charge of quotation and realisation of small construction projects for piping, steel structure works in assistance to offshore platforms or rig. In charge of the Kizomba B Oil Offloading Line Quad Joints fabrication and welding line.
    Technical Manager in 2005 for Boscongo yard in charge of supervision of the yard (150 workers) for all works (OOL Quad Joints fabrication, Maintenance on offshore platforms and congolese brewelry, Structure and Piping Prefabrication), bidding and relationships with clients.
    Construction engineer in 2005/2006 on Akpo project in Nigeria (Umbilical, Flowline Riser part of the new FPSO project) for prefabrication of 48 Flow line End terminations, 28 Suction piles, 53 spools and jumpers. Then project manager on SAIPEM yard in Nigeria (350 people), in charge of supervision team management, ressources management, client relationships, fabrication preparation and supervision, technical studies and method statement, all HSE and Quality aspects including welding activities preparation and follow up.
