A subject-matter expert in sourcing and talent attraction and engagement, I manage Hudson RPO EMEA Sourcing team to identify, attract and curate pipelines of candidates directly on behalf of our key clients. My extended responsibilities include supporting Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Sourcers in identifying niche talent and/or training on best practices for doing so.
Sourcing
➤ Leading the continuous development of the EMEA sourcing team expertise by continued research of the market and taking the lead in identifying, testing and piloting the latest technologies and process to ensure best-in-class Sourcing in the industry.
➤ Representing Hudson during sourcing events.
➤ Strategic subject matter expert for new client sourcing solution’s roll out. Attending meeting with client to explain processes and sourcing roadmap.
Team Management
➤ Recruitment for the team.
➤ Sourcing expert for internal and external clients.
➤ Development and delivery of training on the latest sourcing techniques.
➤ Monitoring of KPIs and capacity of the team.
➤ Project mentoring for the team.
➤ 1 to 1 interviews and reviews.
➤ Reporting to the senior managing team.
Candidate attraction and engagement
➤ Proactively identify, attract, pipeline and engage talent within your specialism, on behalf of key RPO Clients.
➤ Develop strong market knowledge, understanding the various roles, competitors and talent issues within our client's markets.
Client service and relationships
➤ Working closely with Clients to ensure Sourcing Activity is fit for purpose.
➤ Managing the relationship between our clients and our sourcing team.
➤ Ensuring that all activity is delivered under both Hudson and the Clients core values.
Legal compliance and risk mitigation
➤ Ensuring compliance and delivery of clients’ contracts (from both sides), that all activities adhere to Hudson’s policies and processes, and that systems are kept up to date and accurate.
➤ Ensuring GDPR compliance from the sourcing team.

As an international headhunter within Hudson | RPO, my role is to find the best in class individuals all around the world for a dedicated client.
My duties as resourcer for Caterpillar Inc. are :
- Help companies staff open job positions.
- Manage the job publication and application (ATS, Job-boards, LinkedIn..)
- Search for and pre-screen job candidates, review resumes to validate qualifications, perform reference checks and coordinate the interview process.
- Use of latest sourcing technics (Boolean, X-ray, Social Media recruitment, Chrome extensions...)
- Interview of the candidates (Face to face, Skype, phone).
- Profile the labor market and match highly skilled candidates with job vacancies.
- Interface with all parties involved in the recruitment and staffing process.
- Persuade prospective applicants to consider alternative employment opportunities.
- Reporting with client, consultant and on-site recruiter.
