Responsible for the WiFi activity, I'm in charge of developing the Capgemini offers for several international customers on a worldwide scope. As a technical expert in the Network Architects Team, I define standards for architectures to be deployed in projects and validate all designs suggested by the engineers team.
I have to ensure a technological surveillance and an evolution of the catalog of services for wireless solutions. I am in charge of the pricing tools used by the project managers team and for the delivery success of all projects in customers environment.
Since 2012 I am leading the WiFi activity transfer (Offshore outsourcing) in India including the training, the knowledge transfer, the recruitment and follow-up of KPI indicators (performance charts). In the last 2 years, I managed more than 200 wireless projects deployed with more than 3000 access points. (Office & Industrial environments)
CCNP Wireless and ISE (Identity Service Engine) certified, I work on deployment of security solutions to authenticate users on Lan and wireless architectures. In 2014, architectures for BYOD and Guest Networks designs are a large part of my activities.
