    Levallois-Perret 2010 - maintenant My responsibilities as Plant Rep & Continuous Improvement Responsible are:
    Plant Rep
    - manages, direct and coordinates overall plant operations for the project
    - ensures that production objectives are achieved at the budgeted cost and within
    the quality requirements
    - assures appropriate project team information and support
    - ensures reliability, safety, compliance to norms and regulations of product/system
    and ergonomic rules
    - defines lay-out and gets approval from corporate industrialization function
    - secures budget and availability of capacitary equipment for the project
    - justifies deviations from standards
    - participates in long-term plant expansion, conversion and equipment planning,
    under the leadership of the Industrial VP
    - supports prototype build (with equipment and resources). Provide plant resources
    when needed for project development
    - establishes and carries out preventive and corrective maintenance actions

    Continuous Improvement Responsible
    - leads implementation of industrial best practices in the plant
    - propose cost savings
    - use the main IPS tools (5S, SMED, TPM, HOSHIN) for Plant Continuous
    Improvement
    - lead HOSHIN, SMED & 5S workshops in the assembly area
    - implement 5S program (automatic & visual management follow up ) for the plant
    (audit, results follow up, action plan)
    - ergonomics analysis in all areas (production, warehouse, logistics)
    - organise training program for the IPS tools
    - implement Kanban production system
    - leads the kaizen workshop in the factory (VSM analysis)
    - implement ANDON board (real-time production monitoring)for all factory
    - support for implementing plant QRQC
    - implement & development LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) project for the factory
    - design & implement spare parts management software (for internal use)
    - implement visual management in production area for TPM follow up

    2007 - 2010 I coordinate a Departement who cover the following responsabilities:
    A) Defining the Logistics Methods
    Continous Improvement Process (CIP)
    - implement CIP in all areas
    - developement of new instruments of work in order to optimise and efficiency of
    work
    - Kaizen, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, Pareto, 5W2H
    Layout organisation
    - layout organisation based on functional, safety and ergonomy requirements
    - new warehouse design for raw material and finish good
    Trainer, work instructions
    - write and update work instructions, procedures
    - train logistics team members, operators
    - work instructions for warehousing(physical anf informatical flow) based on actual
    standards of safety and ergonomy
    Process developement
    - establish and validate new process

    - set up new indicators for the performance of the suppliers

    B) Operational responsabilities
    Responsible of Quality in Logistics APU
    - implement Best Practices from others plants
    - lead the Logistics QRQC/ make logistics ANC
    Realize or participate to logistics audits
    - participate to elaborate progress plan for logistics quality
    - realize operation process audits
    Logistic's Inventory:
    - define the inventory structure: organizing the teams to count aprox 1000 ref. in 6
    different areas
    - follow up the inventory activity
    - analise the inventory discrepancies
    - put in place action plan to decrease the inventory discrepancies
    - inventory control
    Reduction costs responsabilities:
    - lead and control LPS tools (Picking, container, train, flat storage....)

    Achievement

    - Implement the Syncron system between Valeo (Leoni) and Dacia- Renault
    - Modify completely the layout of the warehouse
    - Create a picking-up area out of the warehouse
    - Winner of LWS BU RN QRQC competition 2009
    - Developing an internal Excel application for production scheduling for all factory
  • Valeo - Ingénieur Logistique

    Paris 2004 - 2007 My responsibilities as LOGISTICS ENGINEER are:
    - to organize a supply chain for more than 500 references;
    - the value of this references which I provided for the production process is more
    than 1,0 mil.EUR;
    - more than 70% of the suppliers I work with are foreign ones;
    - stock control both for the references from the warehouse and from working in
    process ones;
    - provide all kind of shipments for the references which I supply: by car, by plane,
    DHL,TNT,UPS etc;
    - to be involved in delivery conditions.
    - quality reception and control of the parts receive;
    - follow supplier delivery performance, TXF of the suppliers
    - follow up the new projects ( follow the new parts and the old one based on the
    needs of the production lines).
