- Project management - working and coordinating constructively and effectively with hundreds of Forum colleagues at all levels within the organization, as well as with secondees, partners and suppliers outside the organization
- Best practices - demonstrating flexible work practices, accuracy and time efficiency with an intensive and uneven workload; introducing rapid and numerous changes to documents in collaboration with other Forum teams or feedback from partners

These meetings bring together some 3,000 executive business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals, experts and journalists.
- Managing multiple publications projects and work assignments simultaneously, collaborating with a broad range of Forum internal and external staff in Switzerland and local staff, including volunteers
- Learning interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
- Collaborating with editors and photographers to produce session summaries and a full meeting report of excellent quality immediately after the meeting

- Conceptualizing and executing food/drink packaging concepts which include name branding, colors, package shapes, stackability, storage costs, consumer awareness, competition Projects included: sales collateral, logos, flyers, photo retouching, food and drink photography for advertising and packaging, signage/large format, and point of sales marketing pieces
- Designing and delivering signage, booth designs, promotional materials and more for client sales, events, etc.
- Creating campaign elements for social marketing campaigns working with the internal Marketing team to ascertain client needs
- Working with vendors and determining production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
- Participating in and contributing to brainstorm sessions, consistently demonstrating a high sense of creativity. Foresight and good design judgment in developing and applying marketplace trends (e.g. competitive graphics, styles, etc.)
