Missions/Projects : Technical and organizational help for L’Oréal Factories for the deployment of softwares / information systems for the production and performance management :
• Development of the softwares, formalization of the customer needs(users), specification of the expectations, conception and follow up of the realization made by the vendors (developers) .
• Convince the plants of the interest of the softwares.
• Planification and organization of the implementation projects in the plants.
• Training of the future users.
• International project management, multicultural, multi-lingual & multi-disciplinary.
• Change management.
• Several long stays in plants for implémentation projects of softwares :
→ Europe (France, Belgium, Germany)
→ Africa (Egypt - Cairo)
→ Americas (Brazil - São Paulo, Mexico - 2 months in Mexico City)
→ Asia (Indonesia, 2 months in China)

Missions/Projets : Aide technique et organisationnelle pour les usines du Groupe L'Oréal pour le déploiement de différents logiciels / systèmes d'information pour la production et le management de la performance :
• Développement des logiciels, formalisation des attentes clients (utilisateurs), spécification des besoins, conception et suivi de la réalisation par les fournisseurs (développeurs).
• Convaincre les usines de l’intérêt d'installer les systèmes.
• Planification et organisation des projets d'installations des logiciels dans les usines.
• Formation des futurs utilisateurs.
• Gestion de projets internationaux, multiculturels, multi-linguistiques et pluridisciplinaires.
• Management du changement.
• Multiples déplacements dans les usines pour des projets d'implémentation de logiciels :
→ Europe (France, Belgique, Allemagne)
→ Afrique (Égypte - Le Caire)
→ Amérique (Brésil - São Paulo, Mexique - 2 mois à Mexico City)
→ Asie (Indonésie, 2 mois en Chine)

• Work with a team of 5 persons.
• Working closely with the custumers and the suppliers
• Rewamping of the automation and the mechanic conveyor, use of computer aided software (SolidWorks).
Result: improvement of 20% of the Mechanical Uptime Ratio.
