From Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 participated in California to ProjectONE, the foundation SAP project of Oronite.
• July 2008 – Dec 2008 – Manager of the “fixing team”
o 100 people in mainly US, Manila and India, handled through 4 team leads (Finance, Sales & Delivery, Supply Chain Execution & Planning – APO),
o 12 Million USD of budget. Reduced in August, by 20% using different strategies, like moving some resources offshore.
o Result: No “critical” defect at the Go-Live out of 499 and only 5 “high” out of 1884.
• Jan 2008 – June 2008 – Participation to the preparation of the go-live (negotiation of the SLA with the internal IT branch of Chevron, evaluation of the size of the team needed for the support, knowledge transfer to this team)
• April 2006 – Dec 2007: Team Lead for the Sales & Delivery area for the design of the solution.
o modules SD and EH&S
o partners: Accenture, Satyam, LTI.
o Virtual team of 15 people with resources in Manila, India, US, France, Australia, Brazil.
• Jan - March 2006: In charge of the Sales area in a swat team to evaluate the Best Practices for Chemical SAP design as a starting point.
From Oct 2005 to Dec 2008 participated to Olympic SAP Project for Downstream in California.

Participation in the various phases of 5 projects, from the expression of needs until the validation by the customers and in varied technical and functional environments.
Customers : the BNP, the Crédit Lyonnais, the Centrale de Réglementation Interbancaire (CRI) and the Générale de Banque.
One of the projects was the creation of the CRI, the French organization to handle the exchange between the banks using the SWIFT network. The amounts were in billions and the management of the quality and performance were very educative.
