    2014 - maintenant Inside Engineering department dedicated to produce all the design phase for tramways platform named CITADIS, I lead the responsibility to achieve the studies for all mechanical parts for all the projects.
    The scope deal with organics parts inside and outside vehicle, from cab to passengers room, from the underframe to the roof , from structure to cabling.to integrate and develop component,
    I set up a new organization based on lean management for engineering.
    The team lead to the direct management of 50 persons from drawsmans until Engineers and unit lead managers on one site.

  • ALSTOM Transport - INTERIORS DOMAINE MANAGER

    2013 - 2014 Inside Engineering départment dedicated to produce all the design phase for Very high speed trains until to tramways platform , I lead the responsability to achieve the studies from the aesthetic images from a design book up the the final drawings to produce parts or to by components link to interiors elements for arrangement in and out of vehicules.
    The team lead to the management of 40 persons from the drawsman until Engineers.
