  2003 - 2003 Developed and ensured the ongoing maintenance of existing infrastructure and applications used by the Finance department as manager of a team of 3 members.
  * Worked to optimise the reliability and the availability of infrastructure, including the centralisation of backup servers and the optimisation of backup plans and software. This saved 34 000 EUR per year in total on backup costs
  * Managed the change of Internet Service Provider saving 36 000 EUR per year in total and increasing user satisfaction ;

• McCain Eurocenter - Manager Network Services

  2003 - 2003 * Developed and ensured the ongoing maintenance of Network services in Europe: this implied deploying new anti-virus solutions contributing to a 99% decrease of known issues
  * Managed a team of technical experts based on different sites, including trainings, appraisal, salary and career management
  * Managed relationships with suppliers and ensured on time delivery of purchased goods
  * Developed standard processes ;

• McCain Eurocenter - Coordinator Network Services

  2002 - 2003 * Managed the implementation of LAN services (process and administrative) in 30 McCain sites present over 20 European countries with the assistance of a 3 members dedicated multinational team; the work involved the deployment of WiFi networks in the factories and contributed to reduce by half the cost of cabling.
  * Project managed the installation of a warehouse and a cold store infrastructure within a 4 month timeframe and for a 200 K EUR budget.
  * Established the concept of competence centres in Europe to leverage the knowledge from team members, create subject matter experts and optimise the management of talents. ;

• McCain Eurocenter - Network and Communication Administrator

  1998 - 2001 * Managed the support for Network and telecommunication in 14 sites located over 10 countries in Europe; this led to a 40 K EUR decrease of total support cost per year due to a reduction in travel and down time requirement.
  * Project managed and led the implementation of a process and administrative network for a new factory (120 people). This involved managing a 400 K EUR budget and leading a team of 4 members.
  * Coordinated the deployment of Exchange 5.5 in 30 sites in 20 European countries for 5000 users. ;
