  - Publish adverts, source candidates on job boards and social networks.
  - Conduct first contact interviews and pre-selection of candidates in German, Spanish, English and French.
  - Set up recruitment events, i.e. ICT Graduate Days.
  - Conduct volume recruitment activities – A350 Project (send 50 stress/design candidates every week).

• GEM - Assistante de recherche en marketing

  2009 - 2009 Research on consumer behaviour regarding sustainable development, obesity and alcohol using literature in sociology, psychology and marketing.
  Co-author of: «Prévention de la surconsommation d’alcool au sein des grandes écoles françaises : l’effet boomerang des messages soulignant la vulnérabilité perçue » published for the « Journée Mondiale du Marketing de la Santé ».

• EADS Headquarters - Employment Marketing

  Blagnac 2009 - 2011 EADS Juniors Programme Manager: manage and develop the EADS follow-up programme for the best interns of the group. In charge of recruitment, communication campaign and the organisation of seminars and activities.
  - Recruiting Events Manager: manage and organise 7 large recruitment events: more than 2000 students selected and invited. In charge of the overall organisation and communication of the events internally and externally. Set-up and develop successful marketing actions to attract students in France, Germany, and Spain (website creation, use of Social Media).
  - Project Coordinator: University Database project (2009)
  Develop a solution with the EADS divisions to support the strategy of recruitment in universities and to identify key universities. Understand customer needs and set-up action plan. Analyse actions in universities.
  - Responsible for partnerships and sponsors in Germany
  Manage partnerships of EADS with key student groups and associations.
  - Career fairs participation: represent EADS across European universities.
