The project was guided by Mr. Shanavas B, Lead-New Product Development and Research (NPD&R), Synthite Industries Ltd. and assisted by Ms. Poornima Menon, Assistant Manager (Production), Synthite Industries Ltd.The Synthite Industries Limited is the world's largest producer of spice oleoresin. The dissertation was submitted to Mr. Pramod Simon, Lead-Production and Engineering & Unit Head, and to Mr Shanavas.
