En résumé

J'anime le "Chinese Desk" du cabinet d'avocats d'affaires De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, en partenariat avec AllBright Law Offices, un cabinet d'avocats d'affaires chinois.

Je conseille les entreprises françaises ayant des projets en Chine, et les entreprises chinoises ayant des projets en France, Euope et Afrique. Mes prestations sont les suivantes : stratégie et conduite des négociations, rédaction de contrats (sous-traitance, distribution, franchise, coopération...), montage de filiale ou de joint-venture, structuration des investissements,etc.

Par ailleurs, je suis co-fondateur de Shanghaivest (www.shanghaivest.com), l'une des premières sociétés sino-européennes de conseil en rapprochement d'entreprises (fusions-acquisitions) et de levée de fonds.

    - Governance and corporate law issue.

    2012 - 2014 Head of the China-Europe Desk.

  • AllBright Law Offices - Senior Foreign Counsel

    2010 - 2011 Allbright Law Offices is one of the major Chinese business law firms.
    I set up and ran a China-Europe Desk for the firm.
