    - Implementation of a new working time for the all site with 4 fixed shifts in collaboration with the union representatives (one year project),
    - Salary negotiation with unions.

  • Valeo Electronic & Connective Systems (France) - Industrial Management Controller Annemasse / Felizzano sites

    2005 - 2006 - Annemasse + Felizzano (Italy): 70M€, 110 persons,
    - Management controller of the Felizzano plant since September 2006,
    - Acting financial controller Annemasse & Felizzano plant for three months in 2007
    - Industrial management control : costs calculation, stock taking, production follow up, end of life amd start of production follwo up,
    - Budget development and management (P&L, Cash, Industrial indicators …),
    - Set up of standard procedures for two plants (Annemasse + Felizzano),
    - Internal control : financial security law implementation and audit (ICQuest),
