I am passionate about sports and community marketing.
To succeed in sports and community marketing, you have to be passionate. Not necessarily passionate about the sport you manage, but about how you can influence a sport, a community, using essential tools.
Create an image, the face of the brand, inspiring the community through content creations, athletes, community events, media, social media, retailers ... The vision of this job is closely linked to the vision of the brand.
Being creative, creating visions, are certainly key elements of success, but they must be relevant to the goals of the brand's development strategies (good times, good places, good events, to reach the right people ).
As you can imagine, this job must reconcile both the development of the sport and the needs of the company.
That's what I do everyday and I love it :)
