Avant de créer Addict Mobile, Grégoire a fondé le studio de jeux mobiles Mob In Life, en dirigeant les opérations de monétisation et d’acquisition de trafic des jeux du studio, et des jeux de clients. Il a travaillé sur plus de 100 applications, fournissant des conseils d’expert sur la monétisation et gérant les budgets d’acquisition de nouveaux utilisateurs.

Avant Mob In Life, Grégoire a travaillé 7 ans chez Gameloft, où il supervisait les partenariats de monétisation et la division User Acquisition. Il gérait des budgets d’achat media mobiles de plusieurs millions de dollars à travers le monde, sur un portefeuille de plus de 15 jeux freemium sur IOS et Android. Gregoire Mercier intervient régulièrement sur des conférences : GameConnection, Appdays, Appawards…
