Sound knowledge of international freight forwarding processes; specialized in Oil & Gas logistics; handling of the global supply chain for project cargo; warehousing management; customs clearance; experience with international transport (air/sea/road) including basic knowledge of chartering of vessels and cargo planes; experience in husbandry operations; team performance control; relations with the local authorities (Customs, Terminal Authorities, Port Authorities, Airport, immigration);
Business Development:
Market survey and sales reports; B2B canvassing and Account Management
Administrative and Financial Management:
Basic accounting; invoicing; debt collection; daily reporting to the Head office;
Human Resources Management:
Supervision and development of employees, recruiting, firing; Administration of employee schedules; team monitoring and training.
